Clinical Study Participation

We will need a little information about you before you start taking Ameri-Breast, such as age, height, weight, bust size, etc., so we have what you were before taking Ameri-Breast and then in 30, 60, 90 days we will collect data to record the changes. With this preliminary information, will start a patient chart on you, in which we will record all information you provide us. When the study is over, we'll calculate averages based upon the results we obtain from the 1000 participants. We will then use that information in our continuing research here at the Herbal Extract Company. At no time will your personal information ever be divulged to any third party.
